These terms explain how orders work with Triple Eight Optical. They apply to requests sent through this website and to purchases in our shop.

Prices
Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT. Frames shown on the website are examples of our range; availability and the final price are confirmed with you before you buy.
How an order works
An order request sent from this website is not a purchase. It opens a WhatsApp message to us. A sale is made only when we confirm availability and the price with you and you accept. We do not take payment on the website.
Prescription lenses
We make lenses from a prescription issued by a licensed doctor. You are responsible for giving us a correct and current prescription. We do not perform eye exams and we do not give medical advice.
Returns, exchanges and repairs
Your rights under the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020) apply. Before you confirm an order we explain the return or exchange conditions for that item, because lenses made to a prescription are made specially for you. Ask us for details at any time.
Complaints
Please contact us first, by WhatsApp, phone or email, and we will try to resolve the matter. You may also contact the consumer protection services of the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development.
