How to order glasses from Triple Eight Optical
You can send an order request from our website and finish it on WhatsApp. No payment is taken on the website: we confirm availability and the price in AED, including 5% VAT, in the chat.
Order in five steps
- Choose a frame on the home page and add it to your request.
- Press the order button. WhatsApp opens on your device with your message ready.
- Press Send in WhatsApp. Nothing is sent until you do.
- Send a photo of your prescription from a licensed doctor in the same chat, if you want lenses.
- We confirm availability and the price in AED, including 5% VAT, and arrange collection at the shop.
Delivery and payment
If you prefer delivery, say so in your message and we will confirm whether it is possible for your area. We do not take payment on the website.

Our shop does not perform eye exams. Please see a licensed doctor or optometrist first. You can still order a frame only.
