How a repair works
- Message us a photo of your glasses and tell us what happened.
- We tell you whether a repair is possible and what it would cost, in AED including 5% VAT.
- Bring your glasses to the shop. We let you know when they are ready.
What to tell us
Describe the problem: a bent or loose frame, an arm that has come off, a lens that has fallen out, or a scratched lens. If a lens needs to be replaced, we will need your prescription, so bring it with you if you have it.
If a repair is not possible we will say so, and we can discuss a new frame or new lenses instead.

How much does a repair cost?
It depends on the problem. We quote the price in AED, including 5% VAT, after seeing a photo or your glasses.
Do I need my prescription for a repair?
Not for most frame repairs. If a lens must be replaced, we need your prescription from a licensed doctor.
Can a scratched lens be repaired?
Scratches usually cannot be removed from a lens, so a scratched lens is often replaced. Send us a photo and we will advise.
